Signature Cocktail
Capirao: Portuguese twist on the classic Brazilian caipirihnha which replaces cacahaca with Licor Beirao a sweet, herbal liqueur
Salad
Salada Algarvia: traditional, refreshing summer vegetable dish from the Algarve region of Portugal featuring chopped ripe tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, and onions dressed with olive oil, vinegar, sea salt, and dry oregano
Starter
Caldeirada: cod, potatoes, onions, tomatoes, peppers, olives, and white wine with herbs

Brandied Beef Fillets: a rich skillet dish featuring seared beef flamed in brandy and simmered with butter, sherry, and demi-glace, served with peri peri roasted potatoes
