Terms and Conditions

Introduction
These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Theatre 605 website and your purchase of tickets, passes, or other services. By accessing our website or completing a purchase, you agree to these Terms.
Ticketing and Payments
Ticketing is processed through Arts People, a third-party vendor. All transactions are subject to their payment processing policies in addition to these Terms.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds unless a performance is canceled due to extraordinary circumstances. If a customer does not show up for a performance, we reserve the right to resell the seat.
A non-refundable convenience fee of $10 applies to all pass orders. Individual ticket orders include a $3.50 per-ticket convenience fee.
Exchanges
Tickets may be exchanged by calling the Box Office no later than 4:00 p.m. the day before the scheduled performance. Exchanges are not available on the day of a performance. Exchanges are valid only for tickets of equal or greater value and only within the current season.
Refunds and Cancellations
In the rare event that a show is canceled due to an unforeseen circumstance such as a power outage or evacuation, we will assist in rescheduling or issue refunds as appropriate.
Pass Holders: Tickets may be returned to your pass so you can reschedule for a different performance.
Credit Card Purchases: Call the Box Office to request a refund if you cannot attend a different performance.
Cash or Check Purchases: Call the Box Office to request a refund.
Refunds are not issued on-site immediately following a cancellation.
Custer State Park Passes
A valid Custer State Park Pass is required for entry into the Park. Passes may be purchased at Park entrances or at the Snack Bar.
Daily Passes
• $25 per vehicle (1–7 days)
• $20 per motorcycle
• Motorcoach groups: $4 per person per visit
Annual Passes
• $40 for South Dakota residents
• $60 for non-residents
Children and Attendance
Performances are not recommended for children under 4 years old. Children who become noisy or restless must be removed from the theater out of respect for other patrons. We do not have a designated cry room, so patrons should choose seats accordingly.
Ticket Pickup
Print-at-home tickets are not available. All patrons must pick up their tickets at the Will Call window before the performance.
Tickets Not Used
If a patron arrives with unused tickets on the day of a performance, we ask that they be turned in at the Box Office. We reserve the right to resell these seats, which may help accommodate waitlisted patrons.
Waitlists for Sold-Out Performances
Patrons may add their names to a waitlist for sold-out shows.
• Patrons must check in at the Box Office at least 30 minutes before curtain.
• Seats are not guaranteed.
• Seating begins approximately 5 minutes before curtain.
• Priority is given to those who signed up in advance, followed by walk-ups.
Website Use
You agree to use this website for lawful purposes only and not to engage in any activity that could damage, impair, or interfere with its operation.
Intellectual Property
All website content, including text, images, graphics, logos, and branding, is the property of Theatre 605 or its licensors. Content may not be reproduced, distributed, or used without permission.
